Forks Down is operated by U.S. Freight Service Inc., doing business as Forks Down. By using Forks Down, you agree to these terms.

The service

Forks Down is a platform where independent food sellers take orders from their customers. Sellers are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Forks Down. Every order is an agreement between the customer and the seller: the seller prepares the food, sets the pickup or delivery terms, and is responsible for fulfilling the order. Sellers set their own menus, prices, and availability.

Text messaging program

By entering your mobile number at checkout on a seller's ordering page, or by texting a seller's Forks Down number, you agree to receive order-related texts from that seller — order confirmations, pickup-ready notices, and replies to your messages — as well as occasional menu announcements.

General terms

• The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.
